INTENSE PROTOCOL Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at contact@intenseprotocol.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a free replacement with priority shipping.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges and cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item(s). To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@intenseprotocol.com
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost.
Cancellations:
Orders that haven't been shipped can be canceled and refunded. For dispatched items, you must follow the return process.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during holidays are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Quality Assurance:
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange and will only be eligible for store credit.
